Minipack 3MB is an Internet Combo offer for only Pre-paid subscribers with Free 3MB Data and 3MMS at BDT 9 (+15% VAT) with 7 days validity. To activate dial *500*10*1# or SMS 3MB to 5000.

If the 3 MB data gets expired before the expiration validity of 7 days subscriber will still be able to enjoy internet @ BDT 0.01/10KB without VAT and can continue browsing, along with the 3 MMS. Similarly, if 3MMS is used up before expiration validity of 7 days, the data amount will be available till the expiration date.

Only after 7 days of the expiration of validity, if the subscriber has sufficient cash balance in his/her account, Minipack 3MB will be renewed automatically. If the subscriber does not have sufficient account balance within that timeframe, Minipack 3MB will be deactivated and the subscriber has to re-activate Minipack 3MB again to use it after recharging.

To stop the auto renewal feature, subscriber will have type Off and send it to 5000.

To subscribe Minipack 3MB, subscriber has to type 3MB and send SMS to 5000 or Dial *500*10*1#.

Subscriber will receive usage notification SMS after crossing 100% of the allotted 3MB volume. To check usage, subscriber has to type VIEW and send SMS to 5000 or dial *500*60#.

Each activation of Minipack 3MB will be complemented with an SMS containing hyperlink of of popular utilities (Facebook, BDNEWS24 & YouTube) !

Grameenphone brings "Super Friend" offer in a more attractive package!

Under this offer, all GP subscribers (excluding Grameenphone Public Phone & Internet SIM users) will be able to talk to 1 (One) GP number for 30 Minutes at Taka 10 (+VAT) with 3 days validity.

To avail this offer, subscribers need to register by sending a SMS to port 9999 (Free of Cost) in the following format: Start<space>017XXXXXXXX to 9999

The offer will be available from November 10, 2011 and will continue until further notice is given.

:: Offer details ::

•Subscribers can even define one of his/her existing F&F numbers or may choose to define any other GP number as “Super Friend” number

•After the expiration of 30 minutes within validity period, normal tariff will be applicable for that particular number (Super Friend number)

•60 seconds pulse will be applicable for the calls at Super Friend Number. All other pulse/tariff/features will remain unchanged

•Prepaid subscribers will be able to check the balance and validity by dialing *566*20# (Free of Charge)

•Postpaid subscribers need to check the balance and validity by typing SFCHECK and SMS to 4777 (Free of Charge)

•Postpaid subscribers will enjoy this offer one day after getting the confirmation message

•For postpaid subscriber, BDT 10 (+VAT) as registration fee will be applied for this offer while the customer is billed

•Subscriber will be able to use the talk time throughout 24 hours (i.e. from 00:00 hour to 23:59 hour) of every day during the offer time line and during the applicable validity period of 3 days

•After the expiry of the validity period, remaining talk time (if any) will no longer be valid

•During the campaign period subscribers will be able to avail the super friend offer multiple times but only after the talk time validity period of 3 days expires

•Subscriber can define a new number as Super Friend number during each registration. Once, he/she defines a number he/she will not be able to change the number before the validity of that registration expires

•Subscribers registered under this offer will not be able to enjoy any other registration based offer (only in the Super Friend number)

•If any subscriber avails the Super Friend offer and then migrates to any other package then the Super Friend number will be deleted automatically. Subscribers need to re-register to the Super Friend offer after the 3 days validity expires

•The Super Friend offer will not be applicable for Pay For Me Calls

Call Block Service enables subscribers to easily block unwanted calls to their mobile phones anytime, anywhere through its Blacklist feature. Recently, Grameenphone has also introduced the Whitelist feature to allow only certain numbers to be able to call the subscriber, keeping all other callers blocked.

Subscription Process:

Any GP subscriber can subscribe to the Call Block service.

Unsubscription Process:

To make it easy for the subscribers, GP has introduced a fully functional USSD menu for this service, which will guide the subscriber through all the features of this service. This can be done by dialing *111# and follow the instructions.

Product features and usage:

A GP subscriber can block/allow as many numbers as s/he wants starting with first 10 free slots. For example, a subscriber blocked 10 numbers by using first 10 slots. After a period, s/he can delete one number from the slot and add another number with no additional charge. In this way, the subscriber can remove any number from the first 10 slot to add new numbers in the Blacklist/Whitelist. After free first 10 number slots, subscribers have to pay for each number he wants to block/allow from 11th to 20th slots.
For your convenience, Grameenphone Ltd. has introduced “Weekly charging” feature for Call Block service, applicable for eligible prepaid subscribers only. This feature enables all Smile, djuice, Apon, Shohoj, Bondhu, Business Solutions prepaid, Ekota, and Badhon subscribers to avail the Call Block service on a weekly basis at BDT BDT 7 (+ 15% VAT) per week. Existing Call Block users, who subscribed for 30 days – will be able to enjoy the full 30 days of the service, and will be converted to Weekly subscriptions once the 30 days are expired.

Tariff:

• BDT 7 / week (pre-paid subscribers) & BDT 30 / month (post-paid subscribers) for availing call block service
• Initial 10 slots additions/modifications/deletion to the blacklist/whitelist is free.
• If subscriber has already filled up 10 slots in the blacklist/whitelist with number, BDT 10 (BDT 2 port + BDT 8 service) additional charge will be applicable
• Initial 10 slots additions/modifications/deletion to the blacklist/whitelist is free
• If subscriber has already filled up 10 slots in the blacklist/whitelist with number, BDT 8/number additional charge will be applicable
