GPRS low speed problem

Required Information :

1. How the users are using Robi Data service?
- With Handset or - With GPRS/EDGE Modem

2. GPRS configured in your Handset/Modem?
3. Pls specify the Handset/Data card/Modem subs is using.
4. What indication subs is getting while connecting to internet?
- Packet Data is not available
- Link not available
-Connection error
-Server not found
-Loading..../Connecting....
5. Take problem Location Address in detail. (Division/District/Thana /Post Office/Area/Road) (Mandatory)
6. Facing problem to access/download from a specific URL? pls specify the URL.
7. Last calling time from the problem location? (Mandatory)
8.Mobile number & Alternative number .

If other subs from the same location are not facing the same problem then please ask subscriber to cross check the handset/Modem/data card/PC/Laptop. Please ensure GPRS setting in in the Handset/Data Card/Modem.

Following receipt of this information, we will look into this matter at the earliest and provide you with a necessary solution.
