5. New Features
:Currently the Robi Internet subscribers go directly to pay per use mode after the bundle packet is fully consumed. Infact they do not get any kind of notification prior to 100% consumption of the bundle packet. As a result they lose huge sum of money from their pocket and this creates customer dissatisfaction and also huge complaints. There has been a directive from BTRC also to develop a tool to restrict this unexpected money deduction. Considering the customer centricity and also to get aligned with BTRC directive, Robi has developed a tool which would keep the internet users on a comfort zone. From October 16th 00:00 Hrs, all Robi Internet users will be migrated to pay per use package, ofcourse their bundle packet will be carried forward. To again migrate to bundle package they have to dial USSD code. Please note that subscriber in bundle mode cannot go on to pay per mode without migration and subscriber on pay per mode cannot purchase bundle unless they migrate to bundle package and dial the respective package code. Below table would give a complete picture.
