we would glad to inform you that recently in Edge feature GrameenPhone have made some changes for their valued internet user. Please note that from now on P5, P6, P7 subscribers will have the new feature of auto renewal every 30 days for P5, P6 and 15 days for P7. Subscribers will not have to send SMS to reactivate every 30/15 days if they have sufficient balance or credit limit in their account. This is also to be noted that internet connection will be deactivated after the expiry date for Prepaid P2, P3, P4, P5, P6 and P7 packages if there is not enough balance in the respective packages. However, after activating any package subscribers will have an option to cancel the auto renew option by sending SMS OFF to 5000 (free of cost). Subscriber can also turn on the auto renew feature anytime by sending SMS ON to 5000.

গ্রামীনফোন সম্প্রতি ব্যবহারকারীদের সুবিধার্থে অটো ইন্টারনেট রিনিউ সিস্টেম চালু করেছে। অর্থাৎ, আপনার P5 (3GB), P6(1GB) এবং P7 (15 MB) এর মেয়াদ যদি শেষ হয়ে যায় এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যদি পর্যাপ্ত ব্যালেন্স থাকে, তবে ইন্টারনেটের সময় শেষ হয়ে যাবার পরে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ইন্টারনেট রিনিউ হয়ে যাবে। :O এতদিন যেই প্যাকেজ ব্যাবহার করেছেন, সেই প্যাকেজটিই রিনিউ হবে। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যদি পর্যাপ্ত ব্যালেন্স না থাকে, তবে P2 (আনলিমিটেড), P3 (সারারাত আনলিমিটেড), P4 (দৈনিক 150 MB), P5 (3GB), P6(1GB) এবং P7 (15 MB) ব্যবহারের পরে আগের মত স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে P1 প্যাকেজে পরিণত হবে না, ইন্টারনেট বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। ফলে অসতর্কতাবশত আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের বাকি ব্যালেন্স শেষ হয়ে যাবে না।

তবে বেশি খুশি হবার কিছু নেই! অটো রিনিউ মেথডে আপনার ইন্টারনেট রিনিউ হলে আপনার পূর্বেকার আনইউজড ব্যান্ডউইথ বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। বর্তমানে সব জিপি ইন্টারনেট ইউজারদের জন্য এই সিস্টেম ডিফল্ট হয়েছে। কিন্তু এর উপর গ্রাহকের সম্পূর্ণ স্বাধীনতা থাকবে। “OFF” লিখে 5000 নম্বরে ম্যাসেজ করলেই এই সিস্টেম বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। অবশ্য এই সিস্টেম বন্ধ করা আবশ্যক নয়। আপনার ব্যালেন্স ৩৪৫৳ এর কম থাকলেই আর অটো রিনিউ হবে না। আর মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার আগেই যদি আপনি নিজ উদ্দ্যোগে রিনিউ করেন, তবে আপনার ব্যান্ডউইথও বেঁচে যাবে।
