BD launches cyber watchdog to check internet crimes
The government launched a new cyber watchdog to check internet crimes after reports suggested that the plotters of last week`s botched coup wanted to use internet facilities to spearhead their campaign to oust the Prime Minster Sheikh Hasina`s government.
`Bangladesh Computer Security Incident Response Team (BD-CSIPT)` started operating Thursday with an aim to secure the country`s information and communication system.
The reports said some serving and retired army officers who allegedly participated in the botched coup plot wanted to social networks like Facebook for their communication and draw support for their campaign to overthrow the government.
"The BD-CSIRT is mainly assigned to identify the sites and persons or institutions who will engage in operating harmful activities against the state, society, political and religious beliefs using the mobile phone, website and different social networking sites," Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) chairman Major Gen (retd) Zia Ahmed told a news agency.
It will also recommend taking punitive measures against the offenders, and in some cases it will take action directly as per the authority given by the telecom act, Ahmed said.
The regulatory body chief said that three cyber crime experts of the BTRC who took training from abroad has already started work in full swing to monitor the country`s cyber world and it would continue relentlessly.
Ahmed said the BD-CSIPT has been formed to ensure the country`s security for information and communication system as different kinds of value-added services like e-banking, e-ticketing and many others have been initiated, which require strong security system.

1000 unions to get internet facilities
In its move to digitalise Bangladesh, the government on Tuesday decided to reach internet facilities to people of 1,006 union councils through optical fibre cable.
The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) cleared a project in this regard in a meeting chaired by prime minister Sheikh Hasina.
The project's objective is to extend reliable, cheap and easily accessible facilities of information and communication technology, planning minister A K Khandker told reporters after the meeting.
The project styled, Developing Optical Fibre Cable Network in 1000 Union Parishad, will cost Tk 7.19 billion, he said.
A total of 11,060 kilometre optical fibre cable will need to be laid to connect the 1,006 council, the minister said.
The top economic policymaking body also approved five other projects, including one to give internet facilities to rural people through post offices.
Rural people will be able to communicate with their relatives abroad through web cameras and receive money from them quickly once the Tk 5.41 billion-project, titled Post-E-Centre for Rural Community, is implemented.
The four other projects cleared are to develop Jahangirnagar University at an estimated cost of Tk 790 million, create employment opportunities in upazilas or sub-districts with Tk 1 billion, secure food and livelihood with Tk 2.23 billion and set up farms to produce seeds in coastal districts of Barisal and Patuakhali with Tk 1.45 billion.
Finance minister A M A Muhith, agriculture minister Matia Chowdhury, shipping minister Shahjahan Khan, among others, attended the meeting.

নববর্ষ উপলক্ষে বাংলালায়নের নতুন প্রি-পেইড ও পোস্ট পেইড সংযোগের সঙ্গে ক্রেতাদের শতভাগ পর্যন্ত বোনাস দিচ্ছে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি। বিক্রয়কর্মী সামিয়া শারমিন কালের কণ্ঠকে জানান, এই অফার কেবল মেলায়ই নয়, দেশের সর্বত্রই দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
বিক্রয় কর্মীরা জানান, বাংলালায়নের প্রি-পেইড সংযোগের ইউএসবি মডেমের দাম রাখা হচ্ছে এক হাজার ৫০০ টাকা এবং পোস্ট পেইড এক হাজার টাকা। নতুন প্রি-পেইড সংযোগের ক্ষেত্রে ৩০০ থেকে ৬০০ টাকার কার্ড রিচার্জ করলে গ্রাহক পাবেন ২.৫ গিগাবাইট (জিবি) ইন্টারনেট বিনা মূল্যে ব্যবহারের সুযোগ। এ ছাড়া ৪০০ থেকে ৬০০ টাকার কার্ড রিচার্জে শতভাগ বোনাস ব্যবহার (ইউজেস) করতে পারবেন। ইউএসবি মডেম ছাড়াও বাংলালায়নের রয়েছে ওয়াইফাই ইনডোর মডেম, যা একসঙ্গে অনেক কম্পিউটারে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করতে ব্যবহার করা হয়। এই মডেমটির দাম তিন হাজার ৫০০ টাকা।

বিক্রয়কর্মীরা আরো জানান, বাংলালয়নের পোস্ট পেইড সেবার তিনটি পৃথক স্পিড রয়েছে। এগুলো হচ্ছে, ৫১২ কেবিপিএস (কিলোবাইট পার সেকেন্ড), ১ এমবিপিএস (মেগাবাইট পার সেকেন্ড) ও ২ এমবিপিএস।
প্যাভিলিয়নে বসে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির ব্যবস্থাপক (সরাসরি বিক্রয় ও বিপণন) মো. আশরাফুল আলম ইকবাল কালের কণ্ঠকে বলেন, 'এ বছর দর্শনার্থীদের মধ্যে বাংলালায়ন ওয়াইম্যাঙ্ সম্পর্কে ব্যাপক আগ্রহ লক্ষ করা গেছে। বাংলালায়নের পণ্য সম্পর্কে তাদের ধারণা দেওয়া হচ্ছে। এতে অনেকের মধ্যে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের আগ্রহ তৈরি হচ্ছে।'

Banglalink এম-ইন্স্যুরেন্স প্রত্যাশিত সাড়া পায়নি
Banglalink-এর এম-ইন্স্যুরেন্স প্রত্যাশিত সাড়া পায়নি চালু করার পর তিন মাস পেরিয়ে গেলেও প্রত্যাশিত সাড়া জাগাতে পারেনি বাংলালিংকের এম-ইন্স্যুরেন্স। বাংলালিংকের অন্য এম-ক্যাশ সেবাগুলো জনপ্রিয়তা পেলেও বীমার প্রচলিত প্রিমিয়াম পরিশোধব্যবস্থার কারণে নতুন এ সেবাটি এখনো গ্রাহকের কাছে তেমন জনপ্রিয় হয়ে ওঠেনি।
গত অক্টোবরে ‘মোবাইল ক্যাশ ইন্স্যুরেন্স পে’ (এম ইন্স্যুরেন্স) নামে নতুন সেবা চালু করে মোবাইল ফোন অপারেটর বাংলালিংক। রাষ্ট্রীয় মালিকানাধীন জীবন বীমা করপোরেশনের (জেবিসি) সঙ্গে যৌথভাবে এ সেবা চালু করে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি। এ সেবার আওতায় বাংলালিংকের গ্রাহকরা মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যমে বীমার প্রিমিয়াম জমা দিতে পারেন।
বাংলালিংকের হেড অব এম-কমার্স সোলায়মান আলম বণিক বার্তাকে বলেন, জীবন বীমার বিভিন্ন ধরনের প্যাকেজ চালু রয়েছে। এসব প্যাকেজে ছয় মাস বা এক বছরের কিস্তিতে টাকা জমা দেয়ার নিয়ম রয়েছে। ফলে এ সেবার মাধ্যমে এখনো প্রত্যাশিত মাত্রায় সাড়া পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। এ ছাড়া অন্য বীমা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে এ সেবার সঙ্গে যুক্ত করতে পারলে সাফল্য আসবে বলে মন্তব্য করেন তিনি।
এ সেবার জন্য খ্যাতনামা সফটওয়্যার নির্মাতা প্রতিষ্ঠান কমভিভার মোবিকুইটি এমএফএস (মোবাইল ফিন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস) প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করছে বাংলালিংক। এ প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে এরই মধ্যে গ্যাস, পানি ও বিদ্যুতের বিল পরিশোধের মতো সেবা চালু করেছে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি। ইউএসএসডি (আনস্ট্রাকচার্ড সাপ্লিমেন্টারি ডাটা সার্ভিস) প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করে এ সেবা দিচ্ছে বাংলালিংক।
বাংলালিংক ২০০৯ সালে মোবাইল ক্যাশ সার্ভিস চালু করে। বর্তমানে মোবাইলভিত্তিক বিল পরিশোধের বেশ কয়েকটি সেবা চালু আছে তাদের। এ ছাড়া মোবাইল টিকিটিং ও মোবাইল রেমিট্যান্স সেবা দিচ্ছে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি।কিন্তু বাংলালিংকের এ ধরনের অন্য সেবাগুলোর তুলনায় নতুন এ সেবাটি এখনো পিছিয়ে। সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্রে জানা গেছে, চালু করা অন্য সেবার গ্রাহকরা প্রধানত প্রতি মাসে বিল জমা দেন। এ ছাড়া বিদ্যুত্, পানি, গ্যাসের বিল তুলনামূলক জরুরি ভিত্তিতে জমা দেন তারা। অন্যদিকে এম-ইন্স্যুরেন্সে প্রতি প্রান্তিকে কিংবা ছয় মাস পরপর বীমার প্রিমিয়াম দেয়ার বাধ্যবাধকতা রয়েছে। ফলে নতুন এ সেবা এখনো সেভাবে সাড়া পায়নি বলে জানান প্রতিষ্ঠানের এক কর্মকর্তা। তবে প্রান্তিকশেষে এ সেবাগ্রহীতার সংখ্যা বাড়বে বলে মনে করেন তিনি। তিনি আরও জানান, এ সেবা জনপ্রিয় না হওয়ার পেছনে আরেকটি কারণ প্রচারের অভাব।
এ সেবার আওতায় দেশব্যাপী জেবিসির সব পলিসিহোল্ডার নিজ নিজ মোবাইল ফোন অথবা বাংলালিংক ক্যাশ পয়েন্ট আউটলেটের মাধ্যমে জীবন বীমার প্রিমিয়াম পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন। অন্যদিকে বাংলালিংকের গ্রাহকরাও মোবাইল ওয়ালেট ব্যালেন্স ব্যবহার করে নিজস্ব মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যমে জীবন বীমার প্রিমিয়াম জমা দিতে পারবেন। এ ছাড়া গ্রাহকরা জীবন বীমা পলিসি শিডিউলের প্রিন্ট কপি প্রদর্শনের মাধ্যমে যেকোনো বাংলালিংক মোবাইল ক্যাশ পয়েন্ট আউটলেটে গিয়ে প্রিমিয়াম পরিশোধ ও টাকার রসিদ সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।
সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্রে জানা যায়, বীমা পলিসিহোল্ডারদের জন্য নতুন এ সেবা প্রিমিয়াম পরিশোধের একটি নিরাপদ, ব্যয়সাশ্রয়ী ও সহজতর উপায়। দেশজুড়ে বাংলালিংকের মোবাইল ক্যাশ পয়েন্ট চালু থাকার কারণে জেবিসির গ্রাহকরা সহজে প্রিমিয়াম জমা দিতে পারবেন।

টেলিটকের থ্রিজি সেবা আটকে গেছে
বেশ কয়েকটি ব্যাংকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেও ঋণ পায়নি রাষ্ট্রায়ত্ত মোবাইল ফোন অপারেটর TELETALK। লবিস্ট কোম্পানির সঙ্গে চুক্তি করেও লাভ হয়নি। এর মধ্যে ডলারের মূল্য বেড়ে যাওয়ায় খরচের হিসাবও বেড়ে গেছে। এ ছাড়া রাষ্ট্রায়ত্ত ল্যান্ডফোন কোম্পানি বিটিসিএলের কাছ থেকে জায়গা বুঝে না পাওয়াকেও থ্রিজি প্রকল্পের স্থবিরতার কারণ হিসেবে দেখা হচ্ছে।
কয়েক মাস আগে ঘোষণা করা হয়, ২৬ মার্চ গ্রাহকসেবার জন্য থ্রিজি প্রযুক্তি উন্মুক্ত করবে টেলিটক। এখনও পর্যন্ত কাজের যে গতি তাতে আগামী ছয় মাসেও এ সেবা কার্যক্রম শুরু হবে কি-না অনিশ্চিত। টেলিটকের একটি সূত্র অবশ্য বলছে, নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে অল্প পরিসরে কাজ শুরুর চেষ্টা চলছে।
চীনভিত্তিক এক্সিম ব্যাংকের সঙ্গে ২০১০ সালের ২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২১ কোটি ১০ লাখ ডলারের চুক্তি করে টেলিটক। চুক্তি অনুসারে একই দেশের হোয়াওয়ে এবং অ্যালকাটেল কোম্পানি যন্ত্রপাতি সরবরাহের প্রস্তুতি নেয়। আগের সিডিউল অনুসারে গত ১৪ ডিসেম্বর থ্রিজির যন্ত্রপাতি চীন থেকে বাংলাদেশে এসে পেঁৗছানোর কথা। তারপর আরও এক মাস পেরিয়েছে। টেলিটক কর্তৃপক্ষ জানিয়েছে, এখনই শিপমেন্ট হলেও মালপত্র আসতে এক মাসের বেশি সময় লাগবে। বাংলাদেশ অংশে টেলিটকের কাজ শেষ না হলে শিপমেন্ট শুরু হবে না বলেও চুক্তিতে উল্লেখ রয়েছে।
টেলিটকের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক মুজিবুর রহমান অবশ্য বলছেন, টাকা-পয়সা নিয়ে ঝামেলার কারণেই কিছুটা পিছিয়ে পড়ছেন তারা। সংকট দ্রুত নিরসন হবে_ এমনটিও আশা করেন তিনি। টেলিযোগাযোগমন্ত্রী রাজিউদ্দিন আহমেদ রাজুও শোনাচ্ছেন আশার বাণী। সমকালকে তিনি বলছেন, ২৬ মার্চ যদি না-ও হয়, জুনের মধ্যে থ্রিজি চালু হবে।
গত বছরের ৩ মে ১ হাজার ৯০১ কোটি টাকার থ্রিজি প্রকল্পের অনুমোদন দেয় জাতীয় অর্থনৈতিক পরিষদের নির্বাহী কমিটি (একনেক), যার মধ্যে দেশীয় অর্থ ৪২৪ কোটি টাকা। বাকি ১ হাজার ৪৭৭ কোটি টাকা এক্সিম ব্যাংকের বার্ষিক ২ শতাংশ সুদের ঋণ। প্রকল্প অনুমোদনের পরপর অর্থ সংস্থানে নামে টেলিটক। ৩০০ কোটি টাকার ঋণ পেতে আইআইবিএস নামের একটি কোম্পানির সঙ্গে চুক্তিও করে তারা। আইআইবিএস ব্যর্থ হয়। পরে টেলিটক নিজস্ব উদ্যোগে কয়েকটি ব্যাংকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেও ফল পায়নি। ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংক, প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংক, প্রাইম ব্যাংক, ঢাকা ব্যাংক এবং ব্যাংক এশিয়াসহ আরও কয়েকটি ব্যাংকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেও ব্যর্থ হয় কোম্পানিটি। তাছাড়া এরই মধ্যে ডলারের মূল্য ১৪-১৫ টাকা বেড়ে
যাওয়ায় সরকারের অংশের ৪২৪ কোটির অঙ্ক আরও অন্তত ১৫ শতাংশ পর্যন্ত বাড়ানোর প্রয়োজন দেখা দিয়েছে।
এদিকে প্রথম দফায় ঢাকার যেসব এলাকায় থ্রিজির কার্যক্রম শুরু হবে তার জন্যে শেরেবাংলা নগর, রমনা এবং মগবাজারের কয়েকটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এলাকায় বিটিসিএলের কাছে জায়গা চেয়েছে টেলিটক। সংশ্লিষ্ট মন্ত্রী রাজিউদ্দিন আহমেদও এ বিষয়ে বিটিসিএলকে সুপারিশ করেন। এখনও পর্যন্ত সে জায়গা বুঝে পায়নি টেলিটক। বিটিসিএল বলছে, দুটোই সরকারি কোম্পানি হলেও দরদামের ব্যাপার আছে। গণপূর্ত অধিদফতর থেকেই মূল্য বেঁধে দেওয়া আছে। সে মূল্য না দিলে টেলিটককে জায়গা দেওয়ার সুযোগ নেই।
বৃহস্পতিবার এ বিষয়ে টেলিযোগাযোগ মন্ত্রণালয়ে এক বৈঠক হয়। বৈঠকে থ্রিজি প্রকল্পে টেলিটকের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক-প্রকল্প পরিচালকসহ অন্য কর্মকর্তারাও নানা সমস্যার কথা তুলে ধরেন। বৈঠকে টেলিটক বিটিসিএলের কাছ থেকে ঋণ চাইলেও অনীহা রয়েছে বিটিসিএলের। এর আগে সরকারের অপর কোম্পানি টেলিফোন শিল্প সংস্থার ল্যাপটপ প্রকল্পের জন্যে ২৫ কোটি টাকা ঋণ দিলেও এখনও তা বুঝে পায়নি তারা। সে কারণে নতুন করে আর কাউকে ঋণ দিতে অনাগ্রহী কোম্পানিটি। টেলিটক বলছে, বিটিসিলের যেসব ব্যাংকে ফিক্স ডিপোজিট আছে সে ডিপোজিটের গুডউইল ব্যবহার করে ঋণ পাওয়া সম্ভব।
মন্ত্রী রাজিউদ্দিন রাজু বলেন, প্রয়োজনে যে কোনো জায়গা থেকে টাকা জোগাড় করা হবে।

এশিয়া অঞ্চলের মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা বিশ্বের অন্য যে কোনো অঞ্চলের তুলনায় বেশি। ক্লেটনের ধারণা, অত্যাধিক মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর সুবিধা নিয়ে এ অঞ্চলে জনপ্রিয় মাইক্রোব্লগিং সাইট টুইটার উল্লেখযোগ্য প্রবৃদ্ধি অর্জন করবে। বিশেষ করে ২৪ কোটি জনগণের দেশ ইন্দোনেশিয়ায় টুইটারের ব্যবহারকারী সবচেয়ে বেশি বাড়বে বলে জানান ক্লেটন। তিনি বলেন, ‘এশিয়ায় ইন্টারনেট গ্রাহক কম ও মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারী বেশি। এ কারণে অঞ্চলটিতে প্রবৃদ্ধির অনেক সুযোগ রয়েছে। চলতি বছরে টুইট দেয়ার হিসাবে ইন্দোনেশিয়া যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ব্রাজিলকে ছাড়িয়ে যাবে।’
এ ছাড়া জাপানেও টুইটারের ব্যবহার বাড়বে বলে তিনি জানান। গত বছরের শেষ দিকে জাপানের সামাজিক যোগাযোগের সাইট মিক্সির সঙ্গে জোট বাধায় এ মাইক্রোব্লগিং সাইটটি লাভবান হবে বলে তিনি জানান।

এরই মধ্যে এশিয়ায় ফেসবুকের বিপুল ব্যবহারকারী হয়েছে। কিন্তু চীনে এখনো ফেসবুক প্রবেশ করতে পারছে না। দ্য নেক্সট ওয়েবের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, চলতি বছর বিশ্বের সর্ববৃহত্ জনসংখ্যার দেশ চীনে প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করবে ফেসবুক। এদিকে ক্লেটনের ভাষ্য, চীনে ফেসবুক চালু হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা খুবই কম। তিনি বলেন, চীনের কোনো সামাজিক যোগাযোগের সাইট অধিগ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে এটি সম্ভব হতেও পারে। এ ছাড়া জাপান, কোরিয়া ও তাইওয়ানে বছরের শেষ নাগাদ ফেসবুকের গ্রাহকসংখ্যা বাড়বে বলে জানিয়েছেন ক্লেটন। তিনি বলেন, এ বছরের শেষ নাগাদ এশিয়ার এ তিন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জায়গা ও উপমহাদেশে এককভাবে আধিপত্য বিস্তার করবে ফেসবুক।

আগেই বলা হয়েছে, এশিয়ায় মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা অন্যান্য মহাদেশের তুলনায় বেশি। ক্লেটন বলেন, এ বছরের শেষ নাগাদ এ সংখ্যা আরও বাড়বে এবং বিশ্বের মোট মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর অর্ধেকই থাকবে এশিয়ায়। তিনি বিশ্বাস করেন, চলতি বছর এশিয়া অর্থনৈতিক প্রবৃদ্ধি আগের বছরের তুলনায় বাড়বে। এর পাশাপাশি ৪জি নেটওয়ার্কের সুবিধাও যোগ হবে এ অঞ্চলের বিভিন্ন দেশে। তিনি বলেন, এরই মধ্যে দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ায় ৪জি পৌঁছে গেছে এবং খুব তাড়াতাড়ি সিঙ্গাপুরেও এটি চালু হবে।
তিনি বলেন, মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারী বাড়ার পাশাপাশি এশিয়ার জনগণের যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমেও পরিবর্তনও আসবে। তিনি বলেন, এ ক্ষেত্রে মোবাইল ব্রডব্যান্ড গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অবদান রাখবে। তিনি উদাহরণ দিয়ে বলেন, গত বছরের সেপ্টেম্বরের হিসাব অনুযায়ী চীনে থ্রিজি সুবিধা ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা ছিল ১০ কোটিরও বেশি, যা দেশটির মোট মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর ১০ শতাংশ। ভারতে মোবাইল গ্রাহকের সংখ্যা ৮৫ কোটি ৯০ লাখ। এ ছাড়া ইন্দোনেশিয়া ও জাপান এ দুটি দেশেই মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা ১০ কোটিরও বেশি।
স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা ৫০ কোটি ছাড়াবে
ক্লেটন জানিয়েছেন, এশিয়ার মোট মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর ১৯ শতাংশ স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার করেন। এ বছর এ সংখ্যা আরও বাড়বে। তিনি বলেন, সিঙ্গাপুর, দক্ষিণ কোরিয়া ও মালয়েশিয়ায় স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা সবচেয়ে বেশি বাড়বে কিন্তু চীন, ভারত ও ইন্দোনেশিয়ায় স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারের প্রবৃদ্ধির হার এক অঙ্কের ঘরে থাকবে। কিন্তু এ সত্ত্বেও সংখ্যাটি অনেক বড় হবে বলে জানান ক্লেটন। তিনি বলেন, ভারতে স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা মাত্র ৯ শতাংশ। কিন্তু সংখ্যার হিসাবে এর পরিমাণ প্রায় ৮ কোটি।

ক্লেটন জানিয়েছেন, এশিয়ার মোট মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীর ১৯ শতাংশ স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার করেন। এ বছর এ সংখ্যা আরও বাড়বে। তিনি বলেন, সিঙ্গাপুর, দক্ষিণ কোরিয়া ও মালয়েশিয়ায় স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা সবচেয়ে বেশি বাড়বে কিন্তু চীন, ভারত ও ইন্দোনেশিয়ায় স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারের প্রবৃদ্ধির হার এক অঙ্কের ঘরে থাকবে। কিন্তু এ সত্ত্বেও সংখ্যাটি অনেক বড় হবে বলে জানান ক্লেটন। তিনি বলেন, ভারতে স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা মাত্র ৯ শতাংশ। কিন্তু সংখ্যার হিসাবে এর পরিমাণ প্রায় ৮ কোটি।
