now banglalink subscribers can pay their jiban bima corporation insurance policy premium directly from their mobile phone just by dialing ussd short code *777#. non-banglalink subscribers and non-mobile users can also pay their jbc insurance premium from "mobile cash point" marked outlets. ussd technology is used for this service which ensures the cost efficient, secured and convenient transaction.

banglalink will be collecting insurance policy premiums from all over bangladesh.
mobile cash points
around 2,500 outlets including the banglalink sales and care center (customer care center), banglalink points (bp), banglalink service points (bsp) and retail points are converted to mobile cash points to ensure the service delivery from those points.
the number of cash points will be gradually increased. jbc policy holders may get the information regarding the nearest mobile cash point for insurance pay by dialing our 24x7 helpline at 1200 (banglalink number) or 01911304120 (from any operator number)

step 1: registration non registered banglalink consumers having valid jbc policy can register with the following:

balance refill:
step 1: the customer goes to mobile cash point and requests the retailer with his/her mobile number amount to be refilled. the retailer initiates the transaction.
step 2: after receiving the following sms, subscribers confirms the transaction from their mobile after receiving the following sms:
"retailer wants to transfer tk xxxx.xx in your money wallet. to confirm please type yes <pin> and send to 480"
the customer will perform the following operation and his account will be refilled:

procedure ii: premium payment at "mobile cash point":
- jbc policy holders simply go to the nearby "mobile cash point" marked outlet with policy schedule and cash.
- mobile cash point agent will pay the premium on jbc policy holders’’ behalf and provide money receipt with paid seal and unique transaction id.
- customers may give their any operator mobile number to get confirmation sms after successful jbc premium payment.
