- Important Response From Banglalion
Dear users, many of our limited postpaid and prepaid users recently complain that their remaining volume is showing less than actual MB. But real scenario is different and we are going to explain it- Whenever a limited postpaid or prepaid user logs in, Internet server received a particular MB from billing server. For prepaid 512 kbps-160 MB, Prepaid 1 mbps -320 MB and for all postpaid limited -320 MB. So whenever a user logs in and check his usages he will see 320 MB/160 MB less than his actual balance. As user is already connected to Internet server, his MB is transferred to Internet server from billing server, And as user sees his info in billing server interface (care.banglalionwimax.com), so he sees 320 MB/160 MB less every time he logged in. If he disconnected his line and check by call hotline or other line can see the actual balance in care.banglalionwimax.com. We did this quota system for smooth browsing to avoid continuous authentication process between internet server and billing server which we found one of the vital problem of browsing issue last year. Now what about 320 MB/160 MB returning process? Take a look to this example- suppose user id-x.y has 1020 MB remaining. Now he logs in by his modem. Billing server transfers 320 MB to Internet server for his active session. So he will see 1020-320=700 MB. Now he used 100 MB in that particular session and disconnects his modem. So Internet server returns 320-100=220 MB to billing server and then his actual remaining will be 700+220 MB=920 MB. It will be easily shown by other connection or if user calls our hotline after disconnection. Or he can check by his session call option. Calculate his session usages+Remaaining volume+MB quota. For example- previous user again logs in and will see 920 MB-320 MB=600 MB. His previous session usages are 100 MB. So his actual total MB is 100 MB+600 MB+320 MB=1020 MB(exactly same as he had). That means no MB was deducted from him by Banglalion. Hope it will clear confusion. Please ask for any query if you have relevant questions on this issue.
